		<description>Whey is best taken before, during, and/or right after working out.  That's when you need to get protein back into your body (along with glycogen).  Its a great supplement, but still try to get as much natural protein as you can!</description>

		<description>I'm currently on weight gain and having up to 5 protein shakes a day. It's definitely hard to get enough protein just eating meat etc so I think protein powder is a must for anyone looking to gain some muscle.</description>
