Every man wants to have six pack abs, if he cares about him self. Girls love Six Pack Abs, that’s why men wants to have them. But I tell you is hard, really hard. Having Six Pack Abs is harder than Bodybuilding your body. If you are going to Fitness this isn’t enough, you need to make changes in your life also in food, diet. Many of you just do exercises at home or in Fitness for Six Abs muscle. In this article I will tell you how you can make Six Pack Abs in 1-2 month, if you follow this steps, but I tell you is hard.
EXERCISE:
- Do exercises for Weist - Six Pack Abs 2-3 times a week
- Do Crunches
- Do Sit ups
- Do Leg Lifts
- Do leg exercises and for whole body
CARDIE:
- Cardie needs to be included in Six Pack Abs steps
- Do it 2-3 time a week
- Run, run and run for around 1 hour
DIET:
- Diet is one of the most important steps here!
- You need to follow this steps
- If you want eat like you should In diet, forget about Six Pack Abs
SUPPLEMENTS:
- If you eat like you should in Diet, then you can use Supplements
- Use products, that include L-Carnitine, or Caffeine to
- One of them is most known FAT BURNER
- Use it half hour before the CARDIE or EXERCISE, if you are eating like you should in Diet then it will work

Hi Mg, I wanna know something about cardio. I have no option to run here in my town. What about another cardio? I play squash, but only hour a week
“WH” You can do what ever you want, you can practite the sport you want. The only thing you need to do is to get sweat, so the fat can sweat from your body. I recommend you to try practice sport 2x-3x times a week and of course don’t eat high fat food.
