Bodybuilding gain power suggestions

Here is my third post of three most popular facts in bodybuilding for beginners. I wrote about gain mass, definition and now i will write about gain power. This fact is almost the same as gaining mass, but the mayor difference is in the exercise.I will show you of which difference I’m talking about, read on.

You need to know that gain power doesn’t require a lot of time, like in gaining mass or definition. Bodybuilders gain power for about 1-2 month a year. The longest term is gaining mass in autumn or definition time in summer. If you gain power, your muscle will raise really slowly, not like in gaining mass where you pump it. With gaining power, your muscle will stay almost the same, just the power will raise and you will lift more weight. Here are the suggestions what to do in the gaining power period:

Nutrition:

Eat a lot! You have all the explanations in this post. Try to eat almost the same like in gaining mass period.

Exercise:

The exercise is the most important in gaining power period! You need to know that if you want to gain more power, you need to lift maximum weight that you can. In gaining mass your exercises consist in 6-12 repeats in one series. In gaining power you need to do 4-6 repeats in one series, with maximum weight. And your pause between each series needs to be 3-4 min not 1-2 min like in gaining mass or definition.
