

I already explained the three facts of bodybuilding. I wrote about the gain mass fact, now i will about definition time or in other way called diet. You need to know that diet lowers your fat and definition lowers your fat to, but it keeps the muscle. In bodybuilding usually you are doing definition. So what’s that?
Time for doing definition is usually in hot period maybe from April, because it’s hotter, you sweat more and the weather is nicer for cardio ( running ). For definition there are three facts that you need to follow :
Nutrition:
You need to eat 5-7 times a day ( every 2-3 hour ). You need to eat a lot of proteins, 2-3g per body kg, and you need to eat less CH ( carbo hydrates ). Try to eat maximum 100g CH daily! You need to eat around 40-60g fats daily ( olive oil ), not junk food! You need to know that muscles are most of proteins, so if you eat a lot of proteins your muscle won’t get smaller, you need to lose fat not muscle.
Exercise:
In definition time it’s good to go in fitness around 4-5x a week. You need to do a lot of exercises and “sweat like a pig”! More time you spend in fitness bigger the progress is ( working time, not siting ). Try to do basic exercises, and after the workout in fitness try to do some cardio.
Cardio:
Cardio is an aerobic activity where you try to get sweat and lose fast. Many bodybuilders run when doing cardio. Try to run around 1 hour 3-4x a week, you will lose fat. The most important is the nutrition, if you eat a lot of proteins then you won’t lose your muscles, you will lose just fat. And if you eat a lot of CH then the cardio won’t work! Try to follow all three steps i wrote!
What about supplements?
Try to drink WHEY, if you want you can buy FAT BURNER, which helps you burning fat ( use it 30min before running ). BCAAs are good to, they help you with regeneration.
