Biceps thirds exercise

Many of you didn’t see this exercise jet. It’s an good exercise for biceps muscle and it’s really hard to practice it. Bodybuilders are doing biceps exercises wrong, because they lift to much and they can’t fell the muscle like when they lift slower and less weight. With this exercise you need to lift low weight and have little pause between exercises. Here is a video of how you doing it, the pause between exercises is 8-10 s. You make the exercises in three ways:

  • do 8-10 lifts from 0° to 45° then 8 s pause
  • do 8-10 lifts from 45° to 80° then 8 s pause
  • do 8-10 lifts from -45° to 0° then 1 minute pause

Try to do that exercise around 3-4 times, you will see that is really difficult and your muscle begins to burn fast..
