Bodybuilding gain mass suggestions

In bodybuilding there are three most popular facts in workout; gain mass, definition ( diet ) and gain power. Here i will talk about gain mass, how to get your weight lifted up and get your muscles raise faster and become bigger. In gaining mass period you need to eat a lot and try to not lose weight with running and your exercises in fitness need to be around 1h long. I will write how many food you need to eat daily, and how long your mass has to be. In my experience with this suggestions i raised my weight in 3 months for 12kg, and my muscles became bigger, so the mass period needs to be in bodybuilding.

First you need to weight yourself, then you need to calculate how many proteins you need to eat daily.For the beginners there needs to be 2 grams of proteins per 1kg of your body weight.So if you have 80kg, you need to eat 160g of proteins daily. I suggest you look at nutritional value on each products you eat. Note that you need 160g of proteins daily, if you can’t reach that help you with supplements. You need to eat a lot of meat so your muscles can raise. The secondary thing you need are carbo hydrates. You need to eat around 200-400g daily and around 60-80g of fat ( try to drink olive oil ) daily. The most known fact is that you eat regularly every 2-3 hours.     sir,i m yuvraj fron nagpur,india.i go to gym daily[6days a week].first when i joined i was very thin,but now i have gained a lot.and now my body looks bulky,so what should i do?
    i wotk very hard in gym but still my body looks bulky.please tell me a proper diet.my weight is 86kg.

    Alright, right now im really thin and really nutritionless. Im 15 yrs old and mostly i dnt think girls are impressed with my personal appearance, so i just found out that this information is interesting, so now ill start to eat alot of nutrition and protiens, but thing is that i need to know how long approximately it will take me to be a bit bulky, thx
