Bodybuilding most used supplements part 1

Here i will write to all bodybuilding fans info’s of the most used bodybuilding supplements.

When you don’t see any progress or the progress is minimum in bodybuilding you think about supplement’s. I will write here about some natural or let say normal supplements which are used by many new bodybuilders and PRO too.
So if you don’t see any progress try thinking about what you are doing wrong.

If you do all that and still don’t have any progress after 3 month’s you maybe need a little help by supplements.The most used and well known supplement is WHEY protein.

This product has 70-90% of his Nutritional value only proteins. You can shake it with milk or water 1-3 times per day ( let say maximum 100g of WHEY per day). Normally you shake around 40-60g WHEY with 2-4dcl water or milk and then you drink it. So if you drink around 80g WHEY per day that will give you 64g of proteins which is almost 1/2 of your needed proteins per day (if you have let say around 70kg). This product doesn’t danger your health and its made by natural extracts (egg,milk,..). You can use it every day, but the most important is that you use it 30 min after the exercise! In that time proteins are most needed by your muscles!
The second supplement is Carbo Hydrates.

This supplement will give you almost 100% of his Nutritional value only CH. You can use it every day, about 50-100g per day ( normally you shake it with WHEY) if you want to become “BIGGER”. This supplement is not very important if you eat a lot, it will give you minimum progress in your bodybuilding, WHEY is much better.

The third supplement which will help you a lot is CREATINE.

This supplement is used by many bodybuilders and is natural. It is nitrogenous organic acid which naturally occurs in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle and nerve cells. The most important thing which will CREATIN give you is power and if you are going to drink a lot of water and eat enough of proteins it will help muscles become bigger. Water gets into muscles then the muscle is more bigger. Its enough 5g of Creatine per day if you want results, only first week you need to eat 15g per day.
