
Here i will show you some advices for your bodybuilding nutrition.If you want that your muscles gets bigger then follow this advice!In bodybuilding has 40-50% importance nutrition and 50-60% the exercise!
1.Eat regularly small daily ration: eat 5-6 ration’s a day!With 200-300 calories (kCal).
2.Eat enough proteins: they are the most important nutrition for muscles and you need to eat them 1-2g per kg.So if you have 80kg you need to eat around 100-160g of proteins!Eat allot of meat,fish,milk,egg,chess..Or help yourself with WHEY (more about it in another post)
3.Drink allot of water: Its recommended that you drink from 2.5l-3.5l water a day.It helps you burn your fat and calories,…
4.Try to avoid alcohol: Try not to drink alcoholic drinks.
5.Eat provisions with low fat: Try not to eat allot of fat’s.You need to eat them maximum 20% of you calories daily.So if you eat 2500 calories daily, you need to have only 500 calories from fat’s.They have 9 kcal per g, so that’s around 50g of fats per day.
6.Try to eat carbon hydrates with low sugar: The most important CH are bread,rise,pasta, and allot of vegetables.
