

Ok, as i practice Fitness almost for 7 months i will write you some about the beginings at Fitness and some of my experience.
The fist thing you need too know when you start Bodybuilding is that you need a lot of self determination! Bodybuilding is not like you will go 1 time in fitness and you will get muscles.
The results shows up in around 1-2 months if you go around 2-4 times in fitness per week and you ate alot of food (Proteins are the most needed)
The beginers:
After 1-2 months you will see some difference, maybe alot maybe nothing.
