Bodybuilding beginings

Ok, as i practice Fitness almost for 7 months i will write you some about the beginings at Fitness and some of my experience.

The fist thing you need too know when you start Bodybuilding is that you need a lot of self determination! Bodybuilding is not like you will go 1 time in fitness and you will get muscles.

The results shows up in around 1-2 months if you go around 2-4 times in fitness per week and you ate alot of food (Proteins are the most needed)

The beginers:

  1. Try to go in fitness around 3 times a week and do exercises for all the muscles!
  2. Try to eat alot of Proteins (meat,milk,sausages,ches…)!
  3. Dont lift too much weight, try to do slowly exercise and feel the muscle!
  4. Drink alot of water, and try to not drink alcohol!

After 1-2 months you will see some difference, maybe alot maybe nothing.

Starting for real

  • Its almost 1-2 months that you are going in fitness, what now?
  1. Try now to do exercises writed in a program (here is posted beginers program)
  2. If you think its going slow, buy WHEY ( Proteins) and maybe CREATIN
  3. This two products may give you some more muscles, but not much! Maybe the muscles will rise 35% more!
  4. This two products wont work if you will stop going in fitness or you wont eat alot of food!
  5. Try to find a friend who will help you to lift big weights and so on…
