How I Lost Pagerank Selling Links
It was some months ago that I had a nice PR5 on my MGs blog. It was the first Google Pagerank update for this blog and getting a PR of 5 was a huge success for me. Of course I have worked a lot on building backlinks.
The first thing I did after getting a PR5 was thinking on how to make money out of it. I was so stupid to do that because you can not make much money out of it and at the same time you get quickly spotted by Google which takes it down in the next PR update.
Now as you can see I have a nice PR of 0 and I really don’t care much about it because I don’t think I will ever sell links for money on this blog or do any kind of paid reviews.
My point is don’t make the same mistake as I did. You will need a nice PR to do some exchanges and to connect with other bloggers, if they will see a PR0 on your blog they will quickly think that your blog is not loved by Google or something like that. Forget about selling links on your main blogs!

Let me give you some simple tips if you are still new into Twitter niche marketing. After I tried it I got only positive results from it and some of my niche blogs get almost more traffic from Twitter than from Google.

The best thing to do is to reply to them, help them out if they need help and please do not spam! Get a lot of followers, have your site in your profile, make your own theme and people will get on your site. This is how I generate most of my Twitter traffic.
There is also a nice website which helps you to gain some money while twitting. It is BeAMagpie a website which generates targeted advertises on your Twitter profile. You can choose the parameter of advertising per tweet. One of my rss accounts keeps me generating some nice money thanks to it, but you should have a lot of followers. I don’t suggest it for the personal accounts people will un-follow you.
My favourite Twitter tool is EasyTweets. I got a Plus account with them and I think you should get it too. The feature I like the most is that I can control more Twitter accounts at the same time, have rss feeds on them and the main part shedule my tweets. This tool generates me a lot of targeted traffic and sales, I suggest it for you too!
April Google Pagerank Update
Another update hit us all up on 1 April when Google update the Pagerank. How did you do, did your PR grow up or fall down? On some of my blogs PR raised on some fallen it happens all the time, I just don’t bother too much.
Next PR update is going to be around Juny as Google loves to update its PR every 3 months, will see how it goes.
